COVID19 Protocol

Your health and safety, as well as that of our students, faculty and staff, is our top priority. We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will adjust our attendance practice according to UD policy. Please review the following information so that you can attend the Female Faculty Connections Spring 2022 Breakfast in compliance with UD policy.

Given the high transmissibility of the Omicron coronavirus variant, UD requires a well-fitted mask worn properly, with specific recommendation of a surgical mask or KN95 mask in accordance with mask instructions. Mask-wearing is mandatory for everyone in indoor spaces, including laboratories and classrooms. Effective immediately (1/6/22) and until further notice, masks must be worn by any individual speaking from a podium in classroom settings, a significant change over our prior classroom masking requirement. In residence halls, mask-wearing is mandatory in all spaces except individual rooms.

BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE EVENT:

1. NON UD GUESTS: Upload your COVID-19 Vaccination record OR a negative PCR COVID-19 Test result within 72 hours of the event at Visitor Events Health Pass. Visitors who do not use the enhanced digital system may still provide paper copies or photo images of their records at the event. Please DO NOT email a copy of your vaccination record or negative PCR COVID-19 Test to anyone at UD. These should only be loaded into the Visitor Events Health Pass.

2. STUDENTS and EMPLOYEES: Complete the daily health check on the day of the event.

AT THE EVENT:

NON UD GUESTS: When arriving at the event, please have your photo ID, UD Daily Health Check and vaccination card/negative test results OR your email confirming your vaccination records have been uploaded to the Visitor Events Health Pass site available for screening at the door.

STUDENTS and EMPLOYEES: Have your UD Daily Health Check email ready to view.

Please have your information readily available to help speed up the check-in process. Allow enough time to get through the verification process. You will not be allowed to attend the breakfast if your information cannot be verified.
